CANCELLATION POLICY

📌 Please Read Thoroughly Before Booking Your Appointment PLEASE text me when you arrive and remain in your car until I am ready for you. • Must be 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian for any service. • Consent forms must be signed prior to your appointment. • Appointment confirmations are sent via email/text through the booking system. You are responsible for confirming your appointment. ⸻ ⏰ Grace Period There is a 10-minute grace period for all services. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time, you will be marked as a No Show/No Call or Cancellation. This policy is in place to respect all clients’ appointment times and to allow proper sanitation and preparation between services. ⸻ ❌ No Shows / No Calls • Will result in loss of the ability to book any future appointments. Please keep open communication — I am understanding and flexible when communication is provided in advance. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling Policy • Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • Same-day reschedules are considered cancellations. ⸻ 🚫 Cancellations • All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of your retainer/deposit (non-refundable, no exchanges, final sale). • If canceled less than 48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged. ⸻ 💳 Payments & Card on File Placing a non-working or invalid card on file will result in a ban from booking future appointments.
